The Long Island Venom Story

Long Island Venom Flag Football was founded with a simple belief: the next generation of female athletes deserves elite-level coaching, competition, and culture — right here on Long Island.

What started as a small group of dedicated players has grown into one of the most respected all girls flag football programs in the Northeast. We field competitive teams across five divisions from 8U all the way through High School — and we travel to compete in regional and national tournaments year-round.

But Venom is about more than wins. It's about developing complete athletes to be ready for life. We teach the game at a high level, but we also teach work ethic, accountability, and what it means to be a great teammate.
