Frequently Asked Questions

Does my daughter need prior flag football experience?+

Is Long Island Venom an all-girls program?+

Yes. Every Venom team is all-girls, coached to compete at the highest levels of girls flag football.

What if my daughter can't make every practice?+

We understand schedules vary. Communicate with your coach in advance — consistent attendance is expected, but we work with families when conflicts come up.

What does the tournament travel look like?+

Most events are within the Northeast and reachable by car. Select travel tournaments may require a flight or overnight stay; those are announced well in advance.

Are payment plans available?+

We provide direct feedback and recommend development pathways — including clinics and skills sessions — so she can come back stronger next season.
